Rule 1: Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective unit? Please notify us within 5 business days of shipment by phone.
We will refund the damaged units, and you may keep the remaining items from the order.

To maintain discounted bulk and case-pack pricing, our return policy reflects these terms.

Rule 2: Incorrect Items Received

If you received the wrong product, contact us within 5 business days of shipment by phone.
Once approved:

  • We will email you a return label

  • After the returned item reaches our warehouse, we will ship the correct item

  • Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted

Rule 3: Standard Returns (No Damage or Error)

If you received the correct order but wish to return part or all of it:

  • You must contact us within 5 business days of delivery by phone

  • You may return part or the full order

  • A 25% restocking fee will apply

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Unauthorized returns will be refused
